Seamless integration of such company products as CompatibL Analyst with Windows HPC Server 2008 allows our clients to run their code on the HPC cluster, including the ability to deploy their DLLs, configure data access, schedule the jobs, the ability to pause, resume and cancel them, and access other features one would expect from a sophisticated integration with cluster software.

Because all code for working with the cluster is generated behind the scenes by CompatibL Analyst, quants and business analysts are able to run their business code on a Windows HPC Server 2008 cluster without having to deal with cluster and scheduler programming directly.

Compatibl works with Windows HPC Server head node through its own service optimized for best performance of demanding calculations (such as CVA and PFE ones):

• Each time before running the code on the HPC cluster the service automatically checks it and, in case the code has been recompiled on the client, updates it according to the implemented changes;
• Submitted tasks are automatically distributed between available cluster facilities;
• The service provides the possibility to customize calculation performance (including setting maximum possible amount of tasks, number of machines (CPU cores) to be used, allocation task procedure, etc.).
