Alexander Sokol

Alexander Sokol is founder and CEO of CompatibL. He is responsible for the company's overall direction and technology strategy.

Prior to starting CompatibL, Alexander founded NumeriX where he served as Chief Technology Officer from from 1996 to 2003. During that time he was responsible for the entire software development effort at NumeriX, including recruiting and managing the development team of 47 developers.

Alexander is the author of over 45 academic publications and one patent in the areas of physics, high performance computing, and financial mathematics. He received a number of prestigious research awards including:

• Awards USSR Academy of Sciences Award and Medal for Best Student Research of the Year, 1988
• Arnold O. Beckman Research Award, 1994
• Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellow, 1995.

Eli Litvak

Eli Litvak is Chief Technology Officer of CompatibL. His responsibilities include managing the company’s entire development staff, including two development centers in the former Soviet Union and one in Canada.

Prior to joining CompatibL, Eli held a senior position at EPAM Systems, a premier global provider of outsourced development. While at EPAM, he was responsible for a number of high profile projects for customers which included Microsoft and SAP.
